Position Announcement

Interim Executive Director

North Carolina Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCCADV), based in Durham, N.C., seeks a visionary and strategic Intentional Interim Executive Director/CEO to serve for 6 months to 1 year with option to apply for permanent position. Under supervision of Board of Directors, Interim E.D. will lead staff of 10, manage $1.9M budget and oversee physical, financial and human resources of organization until a permanent Executive Director is hired. Successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership and organizational assessment skills, strong experience in public policy and systems advocacy with in-depth understanding of domestic violence issues and commitment to ending violence against women. Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years organizational leadership experience required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred. Salary range: $60,000-76,000, depending on qualifications
