We’ve had a few incidents over the last year with some art students feeling harassed by a specific individual in that department, asking them to model. We’re trying to come up with some waivers and/or a policy governing how art students contract with models (at least, for university projects) in the hope that will help address the issue.

 

Does anyone have any experience with this? I’m familiar with art-related releases that give an artist permission to do whatever they want with the work, but I’m less familiar with things that are in place to protect students from harassment.
