Hi Folks,
Please see the message below regarding an important study on the impact of our work on advocates.   I hope you will take 10 minutes to complete the survey and add to the body of work in this area.

My name is Lisa Frey, Ph.D., and I am an Associate Professor in the University of Oklahoma’s Counseling Psychology program and in the Women and Gender Studies program. I am working with Denise Beesley, Ph.D., who is also an Associate Professor in the Counseling Psychology program at University of Oklahoma. We are hoping to learn more about the impact on advocates of working with survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault.

If you currently work with victims and survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault, we would like to ask you to please participate in our IRB-approved survey (IRB #2510) of experiences of advocates. After you complete the survey, we would like to kindly ask that you forward this email to other advocates who work with victims or survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault.

Thank you for your assistance in adding to the body of research on the experiences of advocates. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Lisa Frey, Ph.D.
Denise Beesley, Ph.D.
