Hi all,
I'm preparing a benchmarking report on how university sexual assault prevention/response programs maintain confidentiality under the law, particularly if you are not a licensed counselor. I know that many folks use advocate laws for their states as well,
and I'm curious if your school simply accepted the law or required you to take certain steps. How much are you required to reveal about the students that you support and to whom and under what circumstances?
Thank you, and your answers will truly help me.
My best,
LB
