Subject: Conduct letters for victims/complainants

Hi all,

 

My co-worker, Abigail Gaunt, the Director of our Office of Student Conduct, is working to update the letters her office sends to victims/complainants informing them of the results of student conduct investigations or hearing boards.  She is interested in generic letters (used for any kind of case) and letters specific to sexual misconduct cases (if anyone uses a different letter for these cases).    Would anyone be willing to share the letter(s) their campus conduct office uses?  You can either send them to me () or send them directly to Abby – .  Thanks in advance for any resources you are able to share.
