Lee, it sounds like what you are describing is a SART agreement. We have
a fully sworn department on campus, as well as two right outside our
borders, so I'm not certain our situation will be particularly useful
(although the 3 departments do have an MOU separate from the SART). Is
this what you were considering? I can get you the most recent copy of our
SART if that will be helpful.
