Hello!
I'm trying to find the right language around behavior expectations for student employees doing sexual assault education and outreach. Specifically, I'm trying to find the right way to separate a performance issue from a code of conduct issue (alleged or proven).
If anyone has good language and/or job descriptions they would share, it would be greatly appreciated!
