The Practical Implementation of Title IX and Clery for Sexual Violence Prevention and Response

Sexual Assault on college and university campuses is widespread.  Security On Campus, Inc. and Victim Rights Law Center have joined together to share their unprecedented expertise on Clery Act and Title IX compliance when responding to sexual violence.  This training seminar is open to campus administrators, faculty, first responders, and university counsel.  You will learn from litigators, victim advocates, and compliance experts on how to avoid liability and maintain a balanced approach to adjudicating sexual assault and rape cases.
