Hi everyone, I’m sharing this survey from my colleagues at Margolis Healy who are working on a project for BJA on evidence-based campus crime prevention. If you work at a college or university please take a few minutes to fill this out, and if you can forward it to any other colleagues who do that would be great. Please see the message from Jonathan at Margolis Healy below, and contact him if you have any additional questions. Thanks!

Joe

Dear Colleague,

Thank you for assisting with the distribution of the Margolis Healy/United States Department of Justice Bureau for Justice Assistance (BJA) “Best Practices for Campus Crime Prevention: Developing Evidence-Based Modern Crime Prevention Strategies for Institutions of Higher Education” survey.

If possible, please send a reminder to your membership of the importance of their participation and the submission deadline of March 31, 2012.  As some of the questions require detailed answers, participants may leave the survey at any time and return later to complete it.  You may also forward this email and survey link to colleagues at other institutions and/or within different departments of your own institution to complete their own submission.

Please click on the following link, if it does not work, cut and paste the entire link into your browser:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/FNPSXBP

We are interested in hearing from a broad array of professionals in the following positions: student affairs professional, substance abuse specialist, counselor, victim services advocate, prevention specialist, college/university administrator (not in student affairs), faculty member, system-wide (multiple campuses) leaders/coordinators, community service volunteer, sworn campus public safety official, and non-sworn campus public safety official.

Thank you, we are grateful for your assistance in this valuable project and look forward to sharing what we are able to learn.

- The Margolis Healy Team
