The Women and Gender Advocacy Center at Colorado State University is recruiting for a Program Coordinator for Men’s Programming and Violence Prevention.
The priority for the position is to create and facilitate programmatic efforts that provide a safe space for
men to critically and openly discuss their role within gender violence and issues related to masculinity. This position will also work very closely with the Assistant Director for Prevention and Gender Education to evolve and expand the current peer educator program. The position will be responsible for developing workshops/seminars specifically geared toward men, co-teaching at least one course, co-advising the peer educators, becoming trained as a victim advocate, and provide support for male primary and secondary survivors.
