Men Can Stop Rape (MCSR) is pleased
to announce the launch of WHERE DO YOU STAND?,
a new bystander intervention campaign for college men. WHERE DO YOU STAND? positively portrays young men as
vital allies and invites all men to consider their own stance on men preventing
sexism and sexual assault. The WHERE DO YOU STAND? Campaign
Guide is full of information on how you can launch the campaign on
your campus. Posters WHERE
DO YOU
STAND? campaign materials present compelling images of college
men role modeling specific intervention strategies. Currently we have four
11x17-inch poster designs available, with more on the way. Visit www.mencanstoprape.org to shop the WHERE DO YOU STAND? store! Training The WHERE DO YOU STAND? one day training-for-trainers
intentionally builds on the scenarios in the campaign materials. Grounded in
recent research on how and why men do and don't intervene as active bystanders,
the training prepares professionals and peer educators to conduct an hour-long
bystander intervention workshop. Participants will be able to communicate how
dominant stories of masculinity impede men's emotional intelligence and how
counter stories connected to "gut check" and emotional intelligence
empower men to trust their gut and take action. Email
Joseph Vess, Director of Training and Technical Assistance, at to purchase
and schedule a training. Coming Soon! More poster designs and additional
materials are on their way. Floor graphics, t-shirts, banners--all kinds
of ways to reach your campus audience. License the Campaign If you like the materials enough to
want more (banners, floor graphics, T-shirt, etc.) and also want to brand them
with your logo and local contact information, then we suggest licensing the
campaign. MCSR provides licensees with complete media-consultation and design
services together with proprietary public-service-advertising materials that
meet the highest professional photographic and graphic-arts standards. For more information on licensing contact
