He currently resides in Woodbridge, Virginia.

“I am very excited about the opportunity to re-engage with One in Four and the work the organization is involved in.” said Merica, “It is an exciting time to be a part of the organization as we work to create an efficient and sustainable model that will allow us to reach students across the country, grow the agency to its fullest potential, and continue to contribute to the cause of eliminating rape and sexual assault.”

One in Four founder John Foubert expressed his confidence in Merica’s leadership. “Chad has served our organization for many years at the chapter and national level. We are thrilled to have him taking the helm of our organization as we take our next steps into the future.”
