Good morning!  I understand that licensed professional counselors and social workers working within the scope of their jobs on campus Counseling and Women's Centers are exempt from Clery reporting requirements.  However, I know that some folks in these positions do participate in either monthly summaries or regular reporting. If you are in such a position and participate in reporting, do you provide verbal notification to students or have students sign written notifications indicating that general information will be shared for reporting purposes?
