Dear Colleagues

 

Does anyone have any resources for faculty who are assisting students with interpersonal violence related issues and are also triggered because of their own experiences? Specifically, I am looking for tools or strategies (beyond counseling) that can assist a faculty member navigate the maintenance of professional boundaries while also supporting the student and themselves.

 

Any ideas?
