Just a quick clarification here, the previously introduced "Student
Nondiscrimination Act of 2010" (S. 3390) applies to elementary and secondary
education only. The new legislation U.S. Senator Frank R. Lautenberg (D-NJ)
announced last week that would apply at the postsecondary level is still
being developed and isn't expected to be introduced until after Congress
comes back in session next month.
