Many sections from her "journal" are concerning - including discussing very dangerous and criminal situations as if it was all fun and games. As this story is getting massive news coverage, you are likely to see more and more discussion. Unfortunately, the "Today Show" had an expert who focused mainly on the "breach of privacy" of the males the female student mentioned in her PowerPoint Presentation and then brought up "girls are doing things nowadays we would have never done (paraphrase)." Another "Today Show" segment focused on the "legal liability" of whether she can be sued.

The interviews never discussed that if she was blacked out, she could not give consent. No where did they discuss sexual assault or that sex with someone who is blacked out (or potentially passed out) was even wrong, dangerous, and/or criminal.
