My co-worker highly recommends the documentary “Demand” from Sharedhope International at www.sharedhope.org – this one deals with both domestic and international and does a good job of connecting the increased normalization and toleration of sexual exploitation in our mainstream culture (“gentlemen’s” clubs, proliferation of internet  hardcore pornography, widespread using of “to pimp” to mean “to  improve” like in MTV’s Pimp my ride, etc.) to the growth of related markets, like the commercial sex market.
