Hi all,
I am working with a local university on establishing a system of notification for critical IPV events that occur on campus or off-campus involving students. Do your institutions have something like this, and how does it work? What is considered a critical incident, who is notified and how? This would be excluding Clery requirements, but as an example, incidents like a murder that occurs off-campus by an intimate partner.
,
We are also looking in to debriefing models for critical incidents (not just critical IPV, but could be violence or suicide, death). How does your institution handle critical incidents where for example, a large number of students/staff may experience trauma from an event?
Thanks!
