Hello all -

I am wondering if anyone out there knows of any journal article, research 
article, editorial, white paper, anything on the benefits of a campus having 
an amnesty policy and also, the arguments against it so I can be prepared as 
we try and move forward.

Any resources are greatly appreciated.
