Greetings everyone,
We are working on developing a training for our Committee on Discipline, so
that they are better prepared to hear sexual violence related cases. I think
it has been a few years since sexual violence was a focus in the training
curriculum (as the Committee's membership rotates every few years), so we
really want to maximize this opportunity.
With my message today, I hope to see if anyone has come across anything
useful that might be worth us looking into -- best practices, effective
training simulations, noteworthy strategies -- anything that can help us to
create the best session for the Committee. If you have anything you can
share, I would be most grateful if you could send it my way.
Have a great day!
Sincerely,
-Greg Baker.
