Hi All,

On your campuses, what is  the status of respondents during their
appeal who have been found in violation of university sexual misconduct
policies with a recommended sanction of suspension? Are they allowed to
remain on-campus, enrolled, in their residence halls? It seems that this
might create a violation of the complainant's Title IX rights (e.g.,
hostile environment). Any leads on OCR rulings or other precedents would
be very appreciated. Thanks.

Suraiya
