Someone may have already suggested this book and I missed it but I use the
book Surviving Childhood Sexual Abuse by Carolyn Ainscough and Kay Toon -
there is both a workbook and a reading companion book. I use those back and
forth with Courage to Heal and use the exercises in support group too. So
just one more suggestion to add to the mix.
