Hi Kim,

We just completed our arbiter training a few weeks ago and used some material
from The National Center for Higher Education Risk Management (NCHERM).
Brett Sokolow (you may already be familiar with him) has done lots of great
work on sexual violence issues and judicial/conflict resolution boards. Their
website is very useful: www.ncherm.org.  I have included a couple helpful
links from within that website below.  I've also attached a few consent
scenarios that we introduced in this year's training.  Hope this helps.  Let
me know if you have any other questions!

Subject: case vignettes for judicial training

Hello Colleagues,
I am currently in the process of adapting our annual training for the Sexual
Misconduct Review Panel (basically the judicial board).  We have the same
members that we did last year, so I am hoping to go further in the training.
I was wondering if anyone has case vignettes that they use with in training
judicial boards to have them discuss consent and other possible issues that
would impact their decision (victim blaming, etc). I am hoping to have at
least two or three case vignettes.
Thank you!
Kim
