Assistant Dean of Student Life & Advisor to Latino/a Students

Dartmouth College, an Ivy League Institution located in Hanover, New 
Hampshire, seeks an innovative, organized and experienced professional to 
join the Office of Pluralism and Leadership as Assistant Dean of Student Life 
& Advisor to Latino/a Students. This multi-dimensional position includes, but 
is not limited to:

*       Student Advising and Mentoring
*       Leadership Development
*       Program & Event Management
*       Student Advocacy
*       Assessment, Consultation & Training 

The right person will bring to Dartmouth College the following experience:

*       Master's degree or the equivalent combination of education and 
experience.
*       Demonstrated knowledge of Latino/a culture and undergraduate Latino/a 
student issues in higher education.
*       History of effectively mentoring and advising Latino/a students and 
organizations.
*       Background in multicultural and social justice education and 
leadership development.
