I think this raises a larger question that we have faced in numerous cases -
should anybody found responsible for sexual assault be allowed to remain on
campus while their victims remain present as well? This is often very
traumatic and all too often causes the victim to leave a school permanently
while their assailants may eventually graduate with a degree from that
institution.
