Does the "sapc-bounces" message mean that my request for sending the request 
for
submissions to the whole listserv has been denied? If so, can you please 
consult
with Claire Kaplan about this request? She and I have talked about it.

The email I received from sapc just now looks like it was my original email
request to have the attachment sent out to our whole sapc membership, but the
email did not have the attachment on it.

Should I resubmit it, with the attachment included again?

I will do that, in a new (cleaner) email.
