Dear colleagues;

I'm pleased to inform you that OCR has accepted my complaint against a 
university for their refusal to take steps to prevent sexual harassment of 
students via websites such as JuicyCampus.com (and other similar websites).

This means, hopefully, OCR will develop ideas and guidelines that schools can 
use, and that will protect the rights of all students - to free speech AND to 
be free from gender and other forms of harassment/discrimination on campus.
