FYI - Juicy Campus is announcing it is shutting down.? interesting that it
follows on the heels of a compliant I recently filed against a university
because of the school's unwillingness to prevent access to the site (or
otherwise inhibit access to certain material) where severe harassment was
going on - (i'm sure it had nothing to do with my complaint - just
interesting timing).
the press release says it is because of "business" reasons - but I wouldn't
be surprised if there wasn't more to the story
wendy murphy
(ps - Tory Bowen and I would love to give a talk to university students about
the case iin Nebraska where Tory was ordered by a judge not to use the words
"rape" or 'victim", etc - during her trial testimony - ).
