WCASA is seeking a new Executive Director: WCASA is seeking a dedicated,
compassionate, and talented Executive Director with visionary leadership
abilities and a deep passion for ending sexual violence. The Executive
Director will report to the WCASA Board; provide leadership to WCASA
staff, state service providers and members; guide agency-wide direction
and focus; and ensure that WCASA has sufficient financial and human
resources to meet its mission. Supervisory, grant project management,
and fund development experience required. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills required. We require someone who has the proven
ability to work with details without losing sight of the organization's
mission and philosophy and long term goals. Understanding of the social
and individual dynamics of sexual assault, or ability to learn this
quickly required. Experience with philosophically and culturally diverse
populations desired. Experience in non-profit setting, with a statewide
