The only way I could send in a letter was to sign in with my personal
Amazon.com account information, then go to "Contact."   A box pops up that
lets you write an email.  I sent a message in this morning, but haven't yet
had a reply.

can send letters of protest?  I'd like to help mobilize a national
boycott of Amazon.com until they pull this product.  They, and the
