Hi all - I received this from another listserv.  I think this is so
important for all of us as we have talked about cruise ship prevention
programs as well as on the college level if we have students that go on
cruises for Spring Break and are raped.

For those who missed yesterday's U.S. Senate Commerce subcommittee
hearing on cruise crime, an archived webcast of the hearing can be
viewed here (along with the written statements of each witness).

RAINN testified at the hearing about the issues facing sexual assault
victims on the high seas.  Among crimes on the high seas that are
reported to the FBI, sexual assault on cruise ships is number one among
crimes reported, according to the FBI.
