Rape Crisis Services, a program of A Woman's Fund, is seeking applications
for the position of Program Director. The primary responsibilities of the
Program Director are to coordinate all direct service delivery, supervise and
evaluate RCS staff, prepare grants and funding applications for the program,
and maintain accountability with funders. Other responsibilities include
hotline and on-call coverage and candidates must be able to arrive at local
hospitals within 30 minutes of a call. Candidates should have a minimum of a
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a human services field, Master's degree
preferred, knowledge of sexual violence issues, direct service experience,
supervisory experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
