Greetings,

We are in the process of reviewing our judicial affairs process, including
the adjudication of intimate partner violence cases.  My question is about
your judicial affairs process and is twofold:

1.      What processes/procedures/policies are in place at your institution
that are "victim friendly?"

2.      What accommodations in your judicial affairs process are available
when a case is brought forth that involves a form of intimate partner
violence?

Please respond to me directly and I can post a compilation to the list.

Best Wishes,
Jennifer
