Hey everyone,
   From my reading of the bystander intervention literature (current 
literature, not the older "would you rape if you could" questions), they do 
exactly as Ben requests: examining the challenging of a rape supportive 
environment. Here are some articles that were posted to the Prevent-Connect 
listserv that give a feel for this. Hope it's helpful!
