I read about this in a magazine I subscribe to, but it's even more horrible
in reality: http://www.colorshowdown.com/#Game-Whack.  You choose whether ;
you're playing for the brunette team or the blonde team, and then you whack
the women who are on the opposing team.

What do you think of this "game" that promotes violence against women?  Also
the stereotype that women are forever competing to see who is the most
beautiful?  Let them know via their online web form at
http://www.gethairapy.com/contact/, or call them 1-866-SUNSILK Monday-Friday ;
8:30 AM-6:00 PM Eastern Time.

The Sun Silk press contacts are listed as:
Stacie Bright, 203/625-1130

Janna Porrevecchio, 312/988-2125

This website that has "Whack a Blonde" (or "Whack a Brunette" if you choose
the other team) is owned by Unilever.  That's right - the folks that brought
you Dove's wonderful Campaign for Real Beauty:
http://www.campaignforrealbeauty.com/home.asp.  ;

Of course, they also make Axe male body wash, sponsors of the World's
Dirtiest Film competition that ends this week:
http://www.collegehumor.com/worldsdirtiestfilm.  ;

I guess we'll never be bored - there's always more work to do!

Until the violence stops, Ben.
