I am reminded, as I read this fascinating discussion among Brett, Dan and Wendy, that it would be helpful to all of us if other respondents would please not use the "reply" button when they submit a question or post to the list. Instead, simply copy the post to which you want to respond, and past it into a new message. Otherwise, we have to scroll through the whole digest 9for those who are digesting) to get to the rest of the messages.
