We just launched a web-based Sexual Assault Anonymous Reporting Form. (Our
form only includes sexual assault, not any other forms of sexual
violence.)The form can be completed by the person who was sexually
assaulted or by any third-party (to whom the sexual assault was reported).

Reports go directly to the Department of Public Safety as they track Clery
stats.

One person on our Sexual Assault Committee initially voiced concerns that
the self-report function could be misused. However, the Committee
overwhelmingly supported the form's development.

We worked with our CITS department to develop the online form. I don't
believe it is technically difficult to develop such forms.
