Hi Juliette,
Here at Minnesota State University Moorhead our Student Health Center 
has a trained SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) on staff along with a 
sexual assault counselor. Rape kits, medications, counseling services 
etc are provided at no cost to the student. Hope this is helpful.
