Hi Juliette
That petition was on the Stop Family Violence site that I run.  
3 days after the press conference where we asked for the Attorney General to
intervene, the DA asked the AG's office to intervene and they agreed.  There
was no further need for the petition so I took it down.
Unfortunately I've not heard back from the victim so I don't know how things
are going anymore.

ptition online and can't find it.  Does anyone know how to sign it, or
if we still can?  I also came across this brief update that as of June
6, it looks like the Attorney General is going to review the case

It seems pretty obvious that after the ordeal Nifong has gone through,
DA's are now even more hesitant to pursue anything relating to rape...
