  I looked up a bunch of this stuff a while back. Contact Mary Koss for
her updated Sexual Experiences Survey (which also has a tested sexual
perpetration version). She has redone the SES so that it can be
presented gender-neutrally for both the experience of victimization AND
(I think) perpetration. You should be able to find her e-mail, and she
was very kind to allow me to use it (though we never ended up doing the
study). She wants this new version validated, which our data can usually
provide. 
   For bystander intervention, contact Victoria Banyard at University of
New Hampshire. Banyard, Plante, & Moynihan have done a lot of great
research at UNH examining bystander intervention education, and I
believe they've probably either found or developed bystander
intervention measures. 
   Finally, Sarah Ullman at University of Illinois at Chicago has done a
lot of research looking into self defense and social help seeking
behaviors. When I spoke with her a few years back, she felt strongly
that the social help seeking behaviors measure could be adapted to
examine the social help seeking behaviors of bystanders (so are they
more likely to seek assistance after being part of this program, for
instance). She was very helpful when I was putting together an
evaluation on our campus.

Subject: Bystander and victimization/perpetration and survey scale

Hello everyone-

I am wondering if anyone knows of any or has access to good (even
evidence and/or theory-based!), victimization/perpetration surveys as
well as one on bystander behavior (i.e. do you engage in active
bystandership, why or why not, etc.).  I am going to launch a survey
with these items, or maybe a couple of surveys, for our entire campus at
the beginning of the Fall semester and need to get it together now for
IRB-
