When Ruth and Edsel Erickson retired, they disbanded Learning Publications and returned the rights to their authors. Although we can never equal the Ericksons' brilliant and generous contribution to the field, a few of us have gotten together to form Teal Ribbon Publications, LLC to keep many of those titles in print, as well as to publish additional non-fiction in the field of sexual assault response. Teal Ribbon Publications is a second job for all of us, so we ask everyone's patience as we slowly build our capacity and our stock. Still, we are very much open to requests. Please write to info@tealribbonpublications, or use any of the contact information on our website which is at www.tealribbonpublications.com

We have the booklet version of "If She is Raped" in stock and available for purchase at $14.95 per 5-pak. We do not yet have a secure on-line ordering system so if you want to pay with a credit card, please phone us toll free at 866/676/8325.

"If He is Raped" is being revised and should be available shortly. The authors have some limited stock still remaining from the Learning Publications issue and we may be able to fill small orders from that. We are also developing other titles in this booklet series.

As for full-length titles, I am tremendously proud to announce that Teal Ribbon has voted to reprint the book I wrote about my years running a special victims bureau, entitled "Sex Crimes: Ten Years on the Frontlines Prosecuting Rapists and Confronting their Collaborators" which should be available in trade paperback version from Teal Ribbon later this year -- in time for fall courses for those professors who want to include it within reading lists.

Finally, if you are interested in working with us, please contact me at . Please note though, that we have no salaried employees, we are a shared-ownership cooperative.

Just to let you all know,
I have discovered that the website for Learning Publications (the publisher we
were previously using) and the phone number are no longer working.  I am
assuming they have gone out of business. I am receiving some good suggestions
from you all, so I will post a listing to share on the listserv when responses
have been accumulated.  Thanks!
