Mike, I think that's a great change!
I have admired you as a presenter and a colleague - I now admire you as
someone who is amenable to feedback. I love it when male leaders are
accountable to women - I aspire to do the same, and to be non-defensive when
I get feedback like that (I'm not always successful, but I try!).
Can't wait to sign the Pledge for Action.
