Remember that so-called \"false reports\" must differentiate between reports
to police and cases that are accepted for prosecution. Many more false
reports are made to police re theft and automobile accidents for insurance
purposes.And false prosecutions are exceedingly rare given the tough vetting
process that rape cases go through-leading to a much higher unjust
declination rate compared to other types of crime.In 20 years I have never
personally handled a false rape claim. Wendy
