Many of you wrote to me off line so I thought I'd just follow up and let you 
all know that I have a book coming out in July -- called "And Justice for 
Some ... " -- in which I deal with many of the issues I've written about on 
this list -- 

It is a book that defies predictable party lines -- and some will say sounds 
conservative -- others radical -- and there are certainly traditional liberal 
moments -- but the bottom line is -- it will be very controversial and 
provocative -- even offensive - to some.

Penguin Press is the publisher -- I will need to do basic book tour stuff in 
the summer -- but in the fall I am hoping to get on college campuses so 
please, if you are interested, let me know as I begin thinking about the 
schedule for  fall 2007.
