In terms of having an option of having survivors face the offenders, it
might be worth looking at the work that Mary Koss is doing on restorative
justice for sexual assault survivors.  It seems that project is carefully
designed for safety and to not interfere with the possibility of judicial or
criminal proceedings.

Do any of you work on a campus that has something like confrontation
sessions as part of your student code of conduct? I'm thinking of
situations where someone who has been sexually assaulted would like to
face their offender in a safe environment, but perhaps not file a
conduct complaint. Would you please let me know if you've used or have
