Director of Development Position
A Woman's Fund is looking for a full-time Director of Development whose
primary duties are to research, plan and coordinate the agency's funding
projects; facilitate donor stewardship activities; and build and
maintain donor relationships.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of non-profit development,
sales or PR experience. A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent
experience is required, master's preferred. Knowledge and experience in
sexual assault issues and services. Yearly minimum salary is $28,000
with excellent benefits included.

Program Director Position
Rape Crisis Services, a program of A Woman's Fund, is looking for a
full-time Program Director who has strong administrative and networking
abilities. Candidates should have experience with grant writing and
reporting as well as supervision. The Program Director will be providing
supervision and training to the RCS staff. Must be able to respond to
local hospitals within 30 minutes.
A minimum of bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent
experience is required, master's preferred. Should have knowledge and
experience in sexual assault issues and services. $28,000-$35,000 salary
range with excellent benefits.
