Please pass the word - Florida State University has a position opening
for an Assistant Director of the Victim Advocate Program.  This position
is under Student Affairs, Dean of Students office.  The position is
currently filled on an interim basis with the expected new hire date of
May 15, 2006.  Salary range is low $30's.  Qualifications - Masters in
counseling or related field; or Bachelor's in counseling or related
field plus two years of appropriate experience.  Requirements include
crisis intervention experience; public speaking skills; knowledge of
federal, state and local laws regarding victims' rights.  Sexual
violence and relationship violence response experience and experience
with collaged aged students preferred.
