I second this.  After having worked in the SV field for the past 7 
years, I am now a graduate student at UNC-Chapel Hill and plan to write 
my thesis on SV programs that Colleges and Uinversities have in North 
Carolina, and looking at their success in regards to survivor's 
reporting and offender accountability.
