Save the Date - Get Equipped: Tools for helping teens avoid coercive,
exploitive, and unhealthy relationships.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns =
"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

  

This one-day training offered in three different locations, will focus on
helping adults work with youth on the issues of sexual coercion and
exploitation (statutory rape). Training participants will receive three
different curricula on this issue:

 

1.      A curriculum designed to help adults understand the dynamics of
sexual coercion of minor teens, video included. 

2.      A curriculum designed for teens on this issue, video included. 

3.      The curriculum, "Unmasking Sexual Con Games: helping teens avoid
emotional grooming and dating violence"

Training dates and locations are:

 

February 6, 2006 - Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads, Virginia

February 8, 2006 - Charlottesville, Virginia

February 10, 2006 - Abington, Virginia
