Hi All,

I am wondering how other schools assess their sexual assault response. Do you have surveys? Do you interview those who attempt to use the system? Do you talk with those who have gone through it? Who conducts the assessment?

If you have tools or ideas that you could share please send them along back-channel.

I am interested in general campus-wide response but also in assessments of peer advocate programs.

I have a wonderful student working on this right now and I'll pass the info on to her.

Thanks once again,

Hi all,

I will also be conducting surveys and talking with students on our campus this year for a study Florida Atlantic University is doing. We seem to have had an increase in our sexual assault and harassment cases on campus over the past several years, and we are concerned that it's actually an increase of students being assaulted and harassed as opposed to the number of students reporting these cases.

If anyone has any good ideas for Molly, could you also pass them along my way as well? We are going to flyer the campus asking students who are willing, to talk to us confidentially, but would appreciate any feedback if other campuses have done the same. Does anyone have a successful and non-invasive survey they would like to share?

Thanks so much!
